Matthew Cameron
COO
A technical process thinker with chemistry and natural fiber manufacturing as his backbone. Matthew has built and optimized cotton processing from fiber to textile at an industrial scale. Matthew has a Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality, B.S. in Chemistry, & has previously worked as the Plant Facilitator for the largest denim manufacturer in the world – Cone Denim; living in both Mexico and the United States.

Pankaj Dwivedi
Agronomy: Farms, Machines, and Processing
A global expert on sustainable farming systems from soil health to agricultural waste. Pankaj’s passion is in making more from less; amplifying natural systems with human ingenuity–super charged again, with nature. He is a practitioner in agricultural chemistry and industrial supply chains with an emphasis on farmer relationships, processing, and ag-tech. Pankaj has led sales and marketing, agronomic research and development for enzyme based agricultural products, and is active in university and government systems throughout India and abroad.

An evangelist and engineer of bold ideas. Ravi’s list of starts and accomplishments is emblematic of his tenacity for bringing ideas to life: currently the CEO of Plaeto–sustainable, accessible, world-class footwear for Indian school children, 15-years at Nike: Head of Ideation, co-founder of the lowest Carbon Footprint shoe in the world–Nomafly, catalyst and operational executive who brought Nike into the Indian market, into global Cricket, and lead startup operations for Nike Africa. He has similarly held roles at Unilever, 6th Dimension, and consulted with companies like Apple and Sea grams. Currently residing in India after 15-years in the USA, Ravi bridges the gaps around the world and is driving change through his passion for people and planet.
